Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks leveraging IBM Quantum and D-Wave platforms
- Create error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators into cloud infrastructure
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in next-gen cryptographic systems
- Author white papers and patents for novel quantum AI methodologies
- Mentor junior scientists in quantum information theory and computational complexity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware constraints and hybrid computing architectures
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (Azure Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
