Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for AI optimization in high-stakes domains

- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-compatible neural networks
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI with 5+ years research
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Experience with tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and HPC frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
