Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proficiency in linear algebra and quantum mechanics fundamentals
- Strong background in machine learning and Python/C++
- Published research in quantum algorithms or cryptography
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Azure Quantum)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-experts
