Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to maintain system reliability at scale
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for 2026-era challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
