Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing pipelines
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum summits (e.g., IEEE Quantum Week)
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in next-generation programming languages
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum) on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Experience with quantum simulators and error mitigation techniques
