Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for enterprise applications
- Create quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum algorithms and hardware innovations
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum computing research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in superconducting qubit systems and quantum control electronics
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading quantum hardware development projects with multi-million dollar budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Certification in quantum machine learning from recognized institutions
