Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for commercial deployment
- Develop error-correction frameworks for 100+ qubit coherence
- Design hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for enterprise solutions
- Lead research into topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Create quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
