Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for error-corrected qubit systems
- Develop novel quantum hardware interfaces for hybrid classical-quantum computing
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims in real-world applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for quantum methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at international conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware simulation tools (QASM, Quil)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
