Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization

- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies
- Present findings at global tech conferences (IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven grant-writing record with NSF or DARPA
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
