Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction rate.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure operational excellence and team goals are met.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States with a valid work authorization.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior call center experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
