Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information within our CRM database.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding call quality and handle time.
- Provide product knowledge and service recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance teams to improve service standards.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to ensure accurate information delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from background noise.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
