Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer messages via live chat with a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical or product-related issues using provided resources.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues to ensure a satisfactory resolution and prevent future problems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other support staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Communication: Superior written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Setup: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Location: Must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area or be willing to work fully remote.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with standard computer applications and CRM software.
