Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional support via live chat across multiple client platforms
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 teams to resolve complex escalations
- Continuously update knowledge base with new solutions and best practices
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >90%)
- Participate in weekly team training and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or chat support experience
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask
