What You’ll Do:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand. You will engage with customers in real-time, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently, aiming for a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and troubleshooting steps in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues or sensitive matters to the Senior Support Team or Management promptly.
- Proactively suggest product upgrades, add-ons, or alternative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product features, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations professionally.
- Must reside in California (for tax and compliance purposes).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
