- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide expert guidance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience, remote work a plus
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
