- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or call-center environments
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence in customer interactions
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
