Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ accuracy
- Document interactions and update CRM systems in real-time
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine skills
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support specialists
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
