Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently using our support protocols.
- Update customer records and account information accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
