Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing product training and skill development
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated home office environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually
