Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues efficiently using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and track resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in remote or high-volume environments
