Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call volume, resolution time, and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- High-speed internet connection (15+ Mbps) and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- New York State residency required for local client support
