Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services through continuous training modules
- Contribute to team goals by meeting/exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- High-speed internet connection and quiet dedicated home workspace
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in virtual teams
- Flexibility to cover evening/weekend shifts based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
