Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining detailed case notes

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
