Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, billing questions, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and document trends in customer feedback to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
