Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues using troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively communicate with customers to manage expectations.
- Identify and escalate potential process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, typing, and navigating multiple software applications.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
