Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions regarding products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management team.
- Proactively suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience and reduce churn.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times, regardless of the situation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating web browsers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-motivation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
