Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily, resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product/service issues
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and service protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and company offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
