Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on the Minneapolis and NC regions.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer information into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and improve service protocols.
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing clients.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
