- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, returns, and refunds while maintaining accuracy
- Document interactions and update customer databases in real-time

- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or related experience (paid training provided for entry-level)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
