- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet the customer's needs.
- Adhere to Scripts: Follow established guidelines and quality assurance standards to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Escalation Management: Recognize when a situation requires assistance from a supervisor or specialized team and escalate appropriately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in using computers, navigating web browsers, and managing multiple tabs.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
