Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and architect the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- AI Integration: Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions, integrating machine learning models into core business processes.
- System Architecture: Design complex, distributed systems that support high-performance computing and real-time data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging technologies (Quantum, Edge Computing, Generative AI) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to plan long-term technical strategies aligned with business goals.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional skills in troubleshooting complex system failures and optimizing performance bottlenecks.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
