Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core neural network architectures for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and novel cognitive capabilities.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary large-scale language models and multimodal AI systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap, selecting appropriate frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow) and infrastructure (Cloud/AI clusters) to support research goals.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous safety guidelines and ethical frameworks to ensure AI alignment and fairness.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into deployable, real-world applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks, distributed computing, and high-performance computing environments. Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering patented, scalable AI products.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
