Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for sub-millisecond latency in real-time applications.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks and metrics for AI safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex enterprise workflows.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to advance the state-of-the-art in machine reasoning.
- Ensure scalability and security of our AI infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years leading model architecture teams.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
