Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for Generative AI models, focusing on latency optimization and cost-efficiency.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Lead the fine-tuning of proprietary LLMs using advanced techniques (RLHF, LoRA) to enhance domain-specific accuracy.
- Autonomous Agents: Develop agentic workflows and multi-agent systems that can autonomously interact with complex environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of 2026 trends by researching emerging architectures like Mixture of Experts (MoE) and hybrid models.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional AI initiatives.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
