Job Description
Are you ready to define the technological landscape of 2026? Nexus Horizon is at the forefront of pioneering the next generation of autonomous systems and generative AI. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our 'Project 2026' initiative—a cutting-edge framework designed to revolutionize how machines perceive and interact with the world.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will be responsible for architecting the neural infrastructure that will power our flagship products, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and capable of handling billions of data points in real-time. If you are passionate about the future of AI and want to leave a lasting legacy in the industry, we want to meet you.
Why join Nexus Horizon?
- Work on high-impact projects that shape the future of technology.
- Competitive compensation package including equity options.
- Access to state-of-the-art computing resources and research grants.
- A collaborative culture that values innovation and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable deep learning infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, evaluating new models (e.g., Transformer architectures, Generative Adversarial Networks) and integrating them into our core systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and computer vision systems to achieve sub-millisecond latency and high accuracy.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models to cloud environments, ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and failover mechanisms.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and ensure data privacy standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Deep understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to decompose complex problems into manageable technical components and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
