Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for the year 2026. Nexus Horizon is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our next-generation generative intelligence division. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs), ethical AI, and scalable neural architectures, this is your opportunity to define the future.
As a key member of our elite technical team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. We are looking for someone who doesn't just write code, but engineers the intelligence of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Transformer optimization, reinforcement learning, and self-supervised learning techniques.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI models from training to deployment on high-performance cloud infrastructures (AWS/GCP).
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in our output.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama).
- Infrastructure: Strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
