Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing AI integration and emerging tech adoption.
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies on breakthrough technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and scale new technologies within the organization.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and technical investments.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and data governance across all future product development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven history of defining long-term strategic roadmaps and driving digital transformation in large-scale environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, and LLM architecture.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is highly preferred.
