Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives and technological milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including generative AI, neural interfaces, and advanced predictive analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of scalable machine learning solutions for enterprise clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological adoption and algorithmic bias.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences to secure buy-in.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical roadmaps into user-centric product features.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology Planning.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills with experience in public speaking, technical writing, and stakeholder management.
