Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 product suite.
- Conduct research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure model reliability, explainability, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in real-time inference environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML to advise leadership on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
