Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into production-ready features.
- Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation with novel neural network architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a deep understanding of deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, or Generative AI.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
