Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement robust machine learning architectures for large-scale NLP and generative tasks.
- Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama) for production efficiency and accuracy.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching novel techniques in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer models, and vector databases.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
