Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Lead the architecture of scalable ML pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Optimization: Implement model quantization and inference optimization techniques to reduce latency and cost.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research and apply novel techniques to real-world problems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building production-level AI/ML systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes.
