Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision and strategic milestones for the company's AI evolution leading up to 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI architectures that can handle next-generation data loads and complexity.
- Model Integration Strategy: Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products.
- Future-Proofing: Identify potential regulatory, ethical, and technical risks associated with AI advancement and develop mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering with a focus on Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
