- Team Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior strategists and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the ethical and operational risks associated with deploying next-generation AI systems.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or product management, with a focus on AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning principles, NLP, and current AI infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
