Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural planning for the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging trends.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions that can handle high-volume data processing.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready protocols) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and implement adaptive architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
