Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for high-value client accounts

- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions

Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in call centers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- High-speed home internet (50+ Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
