Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM tools while maintaining 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance targets including average handle time and first-contact resolution
- Contribute to knowledge base development and training material updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of call center or customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral/professional verbal delivery
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
