Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues using advanced CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot escalated issues and implement permanent solutions
- Maintain quality metrics above 95% for CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new products and service protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference customer needs with premium service offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume call center or customer service experience
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure while handling 50+ daily interactions
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with native-level English fluency
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
