Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives for 2026+ strategic planning horizon
- Develop and present future scenario frameworks to executive leadership and board members

- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Integrate foresight insights into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
