Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive convergence opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Produce strategic whitepapers and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions using agile methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Experience scaling innovation processes in matrixed organizations
